staff, and facilitator
- Obtained existing client drawings/data
needed for tie-ins developed multi-page list of tie-ins with
existing line nos
- Developed list of other field data
collection items needed which were gradually obtained via e-mail and
teleconf'ce (not as efficient as just going back for planned site
visit)
- Developed ISBL Fire Protection Monitor &
Deluge systems plus "Oily Water Sewer" P&IDs for all process
drains/hubs
- Developed "Utility Summaries" tables for ISBL
plus OSBL, tabulating all gas, liquid and power usages for "S-Zorb".
- Developed nine PFDs and associated P&IDs for OSBL,
integrated them across Battery Limits with all utilities
- Developed OSBL Line List & Specialty Items
Data Sheets
- Hydraulic analysis of key line-sizing and
process pumps,
using Excel tools that also calculate control valve range
- Reviewed PSV design to ensure only vapors
go to flare, & all liquids to unit blowdown drum, it also vented to
flare
