Tasks	Close out Actions from PHA and LOPA of assigned units   Markup P&IDs with PHA actions for IFD, then IFC release   Completeness/consistency check of Systems deliverables e.g. Hydraulics, Control Valves and Flow Elements, PSVs, Specialty Piping Items, Nozzle Connection Summary, Line Lists, Tie-in Lists, Paint & Insulation, equipment DP/DT   Weekly staff meeting with detailed agenda & action plan   Management of Change for P&IDs, Line List & Tie-in List   Facilitate interdisciplinary decisions on e.g. thermosiphon between Exchangers & Vessels, Control strategy between Process and Instrum. Engineers, cross-consistency checks
