Fire Protection, Fire & Gas Detection w/HVAC, Blast,
Noise, Winterization (and input into Modularization)
- Identified potential for reduction in the
need for ADS (Alternative Design Solutions) through smarter layout
- Edit major sections of submission for SERB
approval required from Russian "State Expert Review Board"
- Reviewed all plot plan spacing criteria to
ensure the
latest Russian code requirements were documented
- Oversaw customizing site plans for HSE Field

- Manage third-party HSE consulting service

RAM (DNV), HAZOP (ERM), Relief(Siemens) & Noise
- Manage integration of HAZOP action items

- Developed design packages for fire
protection equipment plus fire & gas detection devices for process &
buildings
- Update specifications for noise,
fireproofing and layout
- Co-lead Safety Integrity Level, Cause &
Effects and F&G with shutdown philosophy updated for single train
unit
- Participate in 3-D model review of access,
egress, F&G, support workshop with ExxonMobil on Risk Management
- Update FEED-level HAZOP with vendor systems
info to ensure the integration of process control, ESD and F&G
