HAP platform FEED design

• Took over HSE Lead, while still leading another project
   
• Dealt with SOWs and Contracting strategy for services
   
• Managed switch from one subcontractor to another and updated the scheduling to integrate all their efforts
   
• Tracked against already submitted HSE Plan to ensure all project deliverables are completed, and squad checked
   
• Worked with Project Management Consultants (KBR) to agree on strategy for fire protection, detection and SIL
   
• Directed design for fire protection, fire & gas detection, temporary refuge, emergency egress and fireproofing
   
• Ensured squad check of other discipline's packages to pick up and resolve items requiring HSE input/decisions
   
• Manage integration of HAZOP action items with list of outstanding design issues for P&ID "Issue for Design"
   
• Developed design packages for fire protection equipment developed firewater P&ID, and piping material selection
   
• Agreed on SIL strategy, and contracted for SIL workshop
   
• Participated in 3-D model review of access, egress, F&G
