Role	Served on committees on behalf of Mobil R&D, and  - on behalf of API - supervised contractors developing API publications
Tasks	Co-authored API “Electronic Exchange of Environmental Compliance Information: A Proposed Approach” Pub. 4630   Chaired Refinery "MACT" storage tank committee, reviewed USEPA's "TANKS 3.0 " software for calculation accuracy   For API wrote analyses, rebuttals, clarifications to USEPA on sections of proposed Refinery MACT   Participated in review of MACT for Gasoline Distribution and Marine Vessel Loading   Produced the seminar workbook on Refinery MACT for joint API / EPA workshops, available as API Publication 335   Workbook includes five-diskette customized full-text search tool for any citation within the Refinery MACT rule   Was an invited industry peer reviewer for EPA's " Emission Inventory Improvement Program" updates for point sources   Participated in guidance for improving measurement, data logging tools and calculations of fugitive emissions, which is enforceable in any refinery LDAR program.
