Scope of Carpentry Work for Admin. Office

• New walls / doors / windows show in solid red

First Phase of Carpentry

1A    Replace solid door to office with a steel, window-paned door

1B    Cut hole in door core to Rector office: install 24" horiz. slider

1C    Cut hole in center of former stage wall, install 36" steel door

1D    Build a framed wall between Admin. Office and Storage Area

1E    Build closet walls as shown within lower Admin. office area

1F    Install a 32" steel door centered on the new closet space

After all electrical, Ethernet & voice cabling installed, do 2nd phase

2A    Sheetrock new walls both sides, use 1/2" sheetrock & screws

2B   Tape seams, mud, float, and sand ready for painting by others
