Adding Safe Pedestrian Access for Festival City Mall

This illustrated request is for an added wheel-chair access into a remote parking lot across from Plug-Ins. (Curb was built for it, but ramp was blocked off! by path)

Festival City already did one wheelchair access curb cut, into an outdoor parking lot which serves Ikea, Plug-Ins, Hyperpanda etc. But to get into it - if coming from Al Badia - requires crossing a traffic-light controlled intersection but with two free right turns. So drivers could zoom around corner, and if not paying attention could hit a mother with stroller, or person in a wheelchair.

Recommendation: create slope into parking lot at the curb behind RTA bus stop. From there, a safe route is go through the less busy remote parking lot, turn right at Arena end, then cross at Plug-Ins.
